Summary This role is built for a high-performing HVAC/MEP seller who brings strong experience in commercial mechanical projects and service agreements. You’ll pursue both PM contract revenue and larger project opportunities across the New York/Westchester/CT border region. What You’ll Do - Sell commercial MEP/HVAC projects repairs replacements and upgrades
- Grow recurring revenue through preventative maintenance service agreements
- Build and manage a pipeline in a larger complex commercial market
- Conduct site visits job walks and technical discovery for project scoping
- Meet with facility managers engineers contractors and building owners
- Work closely with internal MEP project teams to scope estimate and deliver proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle independently from prospecting to close
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity
Experience You’ll Need - Proven experience selling commercial HVAC/MEP projects
- Strong experience with service agreements (PM contracts)
- Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers and facility teams
- Strong relationship-building in commercial mechanical environments
- Hunter mentality with the ability to uncover new opportunities in a larger region
- Existing contacts within NY/CT commercial markets are a plus
