Job Description

Summary

This role is built for a high-performing HVAC/MEP seller who brings strong experience in commercial mechanical projects and service agreements. You’ll pursue both PM contract revenue and larger project opportunities across the New York/Westchester/CT border region.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell commercial MEP/HVAC projects repairs replacements and upgrades
  • Grow recurring revenue through preventative maintenance service agreements
  • Build and manage a pipeline in a larger complex commercial market
  • Conduct site visits job walks and technical discovery for project scoping
  • Meet with facility managers engineers contractors and building owners
  • Work closely with internal MEP project teams to scope estimate and deliver proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently from prospecting to close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity

Experience You’ll Need

  • Proven experience selling commercial HVAC/MEP projects
  • Strong experience with service agreements (PM contracts)
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers and facility teams
  • Strong relationship-building in commercial mechanical environments
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to uncover new opportunities in a larger region
  • Existing contacts within NY/CT commercial markets are a plus
