Part-Time Home-Based ABA $18.00$26.00 per hour
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in the Laurel MD 20707 area. This position offers consistent weekday afternoon and early-evening hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while making an impact in a childs daily environment.
You will help children build communication social and independence skills through structured evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Position Details
- Service Area: Laurel MD (20707 in-home)
- Setting: In-home only
- Schedule: MondayFriday 4:00 PM8:00 PM
- Hours: Part-time (under 30 hours/week)
- Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Pay Range:
- BT (non-certified): $18$21/hr
- RBT (certified): $21$26/hr
What Youll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy inside the clients home
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Record accurate session data using digital tools
- Support the development of communication social and daily living skills
- Maintain professionalism with families and communicate effectively with your BCBA supervisor

QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to the Laurel 20707 service area
- Willingness to work exclusively in-home
- Ability to complete training and pass all required background checks
Preferred
- Active RBT certification
- Experience supporting children with autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
