Job Summary
About the Role:
Were looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining comfort safety and operational continuity across the property. The ideal candidate is experienced reliable and capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems including VAVs heat pumps exhaust fans and air handlers
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and system performance checks
- Diagnose issues with refrigeration electrical components motors compressors and controls
- Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS/BMS)
- Maintain accurate logs service records and compliance documentation
- Respond promptly to service calls alarms and equipment failures
- Ensure all work meets safety regulatory and company standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles electrical troubleshooting and airflow diagnostics
- Familiarity with BAS/BMS platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work in mechanical spaces rooftops and hot/cold environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hospitality gaming or large commercial facilities
- Knowledge of boiler systems chillers and cooling towers
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort working with CMMS/work order systems
