Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a Financial Audit Business Analyst who is highly analytical and detail-oriented to lead the requirements definition for a next-generation financial audit application. This role will bridge the gap between audit domain experts technology teams and stakeholders to design a modern intelligent and scalable audit platform that enhances audit quality efficiency and compliance. Required Qualifications:
Collaborate with auditors finance teams and compliance stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements.
Translate audit workflows controls and regulatory needs into clear system requirements and user stories.
Analyze current audit processes and identify opportunities for automation digitization and data-driven decision-making.
Create process flow diagrams use cases and wireframes to support solution design.
Work closely with product managers architects and developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Participate in solution validation UAT planning and testing to ensure the application meets business needs.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops demos and feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with financial regulations audit standards (e.g. SOX PCAOB) and internal controls.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- The candidate must be located within the commuting distance ofTampa FL Richardson TX or Raleigh NCor be willing to relocate to theselocations

- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Provenyears of experience as a Business Analyst in financial audit risk or compliance domains
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies financial reporting and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote-friendly environment with flexibility for US time zones if applicable
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- CPA preferred
- Experience with audit management systems
