At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic SAP data and analytics at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyse client requirements design and implement data management and analytics solutions and provide training and support for effective utilisation of SAP data and analytics tools. Working in this area you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs develop data models perform data analysis and create visualisations and reports to support data-driven decision-making helping them optimise their data management processes enhance data quality and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you are expected to manage the identification and addressing of client needs. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are expected to be responsible for project success and maintaining rigorous standards enhancing your leadership style and motivating others to deliver quality.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Technology Engineering
- 7 to 11 years of experience with prior project lead experience and strong technical knowledge on data migration preferred
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with SAP functional and technical consultants
- Designing data migration solutions and transformation routines
- Experience with SAP ECC data source analysis and profiling
- Building and managing data migrations with SAP SDS LSMW
- Delivery experience of SAP Migration Cockpit essential
- Preload and post-load validation of migration results
- Providing advisory services on data management strategies
- Significant experience in SAPs ETL solutions and integration technologies
- Skills in Snaplogic SAP BODS LTMC and Information Steward
