The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team. Your mission is to provide members and guests with exceptional service and hospitality ensuring every guest enjoys a 5-star experience.
You will support the Golf Sales Executive in upselling to golf events coordinate corporate and society golf days and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of golf operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to all golfers and guests.
- Assist in selling golf events and upselling extras.
- Coordinate golf days from start to finish including preparation execution and follow-up.
- Support retail membership and outside operations.
- Manage the booking system and maintain accurate records.
- Report on rounds of golf residential revenues and corporate revenues.
