Are you an organised proactive Maintenance Scheduler looking for your next contract opportunity Were partnering with a well-established global manufacturing organisation to source an experienced scheduler to support their maintenance team over a 612 month period.
In this role youll be responsible for building and managing effective maintenance schedules coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring workflows are delivered safely and efficiently.
What youll be doing:
Developing and distributing fortnightly weekly and daily maintenance schedules
Leading daily and weekly review meetings to assess progress and prioritise upcoming work
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate planned activities
Supporting the maintenance function with accurate timely scheduling processes
What youll bring:
Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent computer/organisational skills
Experience using MEX or any CMMS (highly regarded but not essential)
Previous maintenance planning or scheduling experience
An engineering background is preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams
