In this role you will:
lead laboratory activities ensure technical excellence and collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation projects supporting product development initiatives in the Personal Care category.
Lead laboratory testing and analysis to support product development and innovation.
Plan coordinate and supervise all technical and operational activities in the lab.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and supplies.
Analyze and interpret complex data and prepare technical reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and project timelines.
Contribute to the development of laboratory strategies and operational plans.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Manage the annual budget and optimize resource utilization.
Identify future needs in staffing equipment and infrastructure.
Support equipment acquisition processes including defining technical specifications.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and third-party labs.
Participate in technical corporate and business unit committees as needed.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:
Bachelors degree in chemistry Pharmacy Biochemistry Engineering or related fields.
Strong experience in laboratory testing and technical report writing in the personal care industry.
Knowledge of equipment calibration and maintenance.
Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook Teams PowerPoint Word.
Excel: ability to create spreadsheets with formulas and basic charts.
Advanced English required for meetings with global teams and reading technical materials
Knowledge in engineered products such as diapers sanitary pads and liners.
Statistical software (JMP or Minitab) Power BI and SAP
