THE ROLE:
By joining us as anIntern IT Financial Management System you will become a part of the Operation Excellence team in Global IT supporting the operation and continuous development of our global IT financial management system (Bee4IT). You will contribute significantly to the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of key IT control processes including portfolio and project management resource planning finance contracts and IT architecture.
This is a temporary assignment with a minimum duration of one year offering you the chance to gain valuable experience in a global IT environment.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Supporting the operation of the IT financial management system (e.g. user onboarding/offboarding data maintenance ticket management quality checks).
- Assisting in system development ( new functions creating instructions and documentation).
- Helping manage over 200 IT services and projects (e.g. data maintenance analysis and reporting).
- Engaging with colleagues in the IT organization conducting short training sessions and gathering requirements.

- You are currently studying ideally in information technology or a comparable field.
- You are willing to work up to 20 hours per week.
- You have a strong interest in IT and are eager to gain experience in a global corporate IT environment.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Outlook and MS Office.
- You are quick to learn detail-oriented organized and proactive in your work.
- You enjoy exploring new topics and solving problems.
- You thrive in a team environment and are ready to take responsibility.
- You communicate effectively and have excellent English skills.
