Director of Pricing Global Accounts (Operational and Professional Services) Randstad Global
The Pricing and Reporting OTS/PTS team is the Center of Expertise for Randstad on global pricing and delivery costs focused on the Groups largest Enterprise and international clients (2.5BN total spend).
Core Mandate: Drive sound commercial decisions for large clients by developing high-quality global business cases and facilitating commercial tender and negotiation discussions.
Key Activities: Develop standardized strategic global pricing models frameworks and policies.
Commercial Control: Monitor progress against strategy set targets coordinate client financial matters and oversee central management information (MIAMI reporting team).
Alignment: Closely align with Global Commercial teams (Digital and Enterprise) and local Randstad (finance) teams to present business cases and negotiate central contracts.
Team Size: Expected to be around 6 specialists including the MIAMI reporting team.
This commercially-minded finance role is a key business partner to the Commercial Committee and Global Executive Leaders responsible for winning new business and driving the expansion of our global enterprise portfolio.
Your primary purpose is to develop and implement a global strategic transparent pricing and commercial control framework for Randstads largest and most complex multi-country clients. You will have the authority alongside the Commercial Committee to decide the pricing for our most strategic accounts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Development of the pricing model (including delivery).
Quality of financial business cases for global clients.
Internal satisfaction measure for pricing (market level Enterprise).
Advancement in the sales process and centralized global account management.
Win rate.
Key Stakeholders:
You will collaborate with COE Leaders the Commercial Committee Global Strategic Account Leaders Country MDs Global Legal Solutions Design and various Group financial and commercial functions.
As the Director of Pricing you will set and drive strategic international accounts by ensuring efficiency and growth within our portfolio.
Strategic Pricing & Negotiation:
Lead the development and implementation of structured international/multi-country price setting and negotiation strategy including developing a negotiation matrix.
Assess commercial attractiveness of tenders and liaise with markets on strategy by understanding expected client profitability.
Build momentum for large deals by presenting integrated business cases to the Executive Board and finding ways to enable new business.
Be part of the client negotiation team on a case-by-case basis.
Co-drive the full capitalization of client contracts.
Oversee the establishment of an in-group expertise center on pricing and maintain a competitor analysis knowledge database.
Commercial Control & Leadership:
Ensure consistency in pricing across regions while adapting to local market conditions.
Manage a small team of specialists providing team leadership and development.
Coach and advise the tender team on commercial trade-offs during negotiations.
Co-lead monthly client business reviews and oversee the creation of standardized dashboards to support decision-making.
your competencies background and experience
Experience
10 years of progressive financial management experience in an international setting.
Extensive experience in negotiating within a complex setting.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership (internal and external).
Track record of providing analytical insights that continuously challenge and support the group.
Proven ability to unlock new business by making client wishes possible even when stretching company boundaries.
Proven ability to attract engage develop and promote diverse teams.
Experience in pricing development and implementation for multi-country contracts is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Masters/University level in Finance/Economics.
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and other tools.
Strong knowledge of all Randstad current and future capabilities and solutions.
Strong digital fluency and adaptability to emerging technologies.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in pricing.
Ability to work effectively in a global/matrix team.

Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
Ability to speak a second language is preferred.
