These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Marketing & Sales Innovation team drives tailored transformational programmes to enhance the skills and behaviors of practitioners underpinned by powerful tech platforms into our top global accounts using them as a testing ground before roll out to the PwC global network. The Success Sr Manager will coach marketing professionals in leading practices using Marketing Cloud and integrated Digital platforms using data-driven interventions to drive front office transformation
Roles and Responsibilities:
Driving behavioral change to support the adoption of new marketing & sales technologies from strategy through to planning development execution and measurement (ideally in a global professional services context and/ or with Salesforce). This would include communications engagement learning and readiness interventions;
Using analytical skills to measure adoption (through qualitative and quantitative datasets) and make appropriate recommendations regarding interventions to further drive enablement and adoption;
Understanding a complex stakeholder landscape and developing a stakeholder management plan to drive engagement and enable key outcomes;
Developing coaching frameworks and materials presentations and written communications;
Communicating effectively with senior management and ability to translate complex matters to simple messages for non-specialists across the network;
Working with leadership and business as an advisor and coach to influence how the practice engages with the marketplace leveraging technology;
Driving continuous improvement and analysis of marketing activity and reporting on how enablement programs contribute to impact on client relationships the sales pipeline and brand equity;
Building and managing collaborative effective working relationships across a global network with leaders and the business including effectively managing a matrixed organization;
Liaising influencing and challenging effectively to build relationships at the leadership senior management peer group and team level;
Demonstrating strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing methodologies marketing automation technology segmentation and lead scoring techniques and campaign analytics;
Bringing strong expertise as an accredited practitioner in Marketing Automation preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar market leading platform including how it can be leveraged to drive leading marketing and sales practices;
Using excellent project management and organization skills and the ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix environment;
Navigating complex situations while applying firm policies and procedures to enable compliance across the network;
Demonstrating strong expertise across marketing and sales capabilities including sales marketing brand and integrated content in a B2B context;
Supporting and coaching leadership in adopting new ways of working becoming advocates for transformation and providing assets to help them drive change in their business area
Driving difficult conversations with senior business stakeholders and being confident in saying no to all levels of the organisation when necessary by relating strategy to difficult decisions; and
Leading and coaching teams to support professional development and delivery of quality work outcomes.
Qualification and Certification:
Any graduate/PG and salesforce marketing cloud certifcation is mandatory
