Job Summary
- Primarily lead aquatic classes ensuring safety and enjoyment for participants.
- Design plan and implement fitness and well-being programs tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents.
- Conduct exercise classes including but not limited to strength training balance exercises aerobics
- Provide individual guidance and support to residents to ensure proper form safety and motivation during classes and exercise sessions for all residents.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelors degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology Physical Therapy or a related field or credit hours toward a degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications or specialized training in senior fitness is preferred.
