Job Summary
Were seeking an experienced High Voltage Civil Engineer to act as the Owners Representative on major grid-connection projects across Europe. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of high-voltage civil works utility/grid interface experience and the ability to manage contractors ensure compliance and represent the clients interests throughout design and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HV civil engineering packages for grid-connection projects
Act as the clients on-site representative with TSOs/DSOs EPCs and contractors
Review designs method statements and construction drawings
Ensure regulatory compliance safety standards and quality assurance
Manage project risks change control and progress reporting
Travel as required between Ireland London and Frankfurt
Qualifications :
Strong background in HV substations transmission/distribution projects or grid-related civil works
Experience acting in an Owners Engineer/Owners Representative capacity
Excellent stakeholder management
Willingness to travel periodically
