Senior Content Designer Verification

These are just a few of the challenges a Senior Content Designer will work on as part of Wises global mission to build an open fair and human financial system. Right now we move 6 billion every month for over 12 million people. But were only 2% done because people without borders deserve money without borders.
 

What youll be doing:

Youll be working in the cross-functional Personal Onboarding Verification team a team that helps customers onboard to Wise. 

Youll be part of the Global KYC and Onboarding squad a squad that makes onboarding to Wise safe compliant and scalable. 

In this role youll support personal customers to onboard to Wise quickly easily and with confidence. Youll help keep Wise safe and secure for our customers and balance meeting regulatory obligations with building world-class customer experiences. 

Youll invest time in understanding our customers their needs and our infrastructure. And youll design and deliver experiences that make onboarding clear and effortless building trust with new and existing customers. 

Youll work with your cross-functional partners to design and scale experiences that teams across Wise can use. 

Youll also be part of the Content Guild and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.

• Youll use your expertise to discover design and deliver simple well-crafted and intuitive experiences that customers love

• Youll bring a sharp eye for detail and a systems thinking approach to solve problems and find scalable solutions 

• Youll influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness and content quality across the squad

• Youll work with designers across the squad to build a standardised and seamless experience for customers

This role will give you the opportunity to:

About you:

• Accomplished Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class products

• Hands on experience delivering product content in fast-paced engineering-led environments

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams 

• Youre comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity and can successfully collaborate in this environment

• Familiarity with design processes and experience validating how content solves real customer problems

• Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality

• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback

Heads up this probably isnt for you if:

• Your experience is mostly in marketing content advertising journalism or social media and you have no hands-on experience of content design or working in UX.

• Youre not comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced environment
