Job Summary
What will you be doing
We are looking for a Senior AIV engineer with proven experience in space projects capable of leading integration and verification activities and ensuring spacecraft hardware and software are fully tested and ready for mission delivery.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain AIV plans for spacecraft projects.
- Coordinate integration and verification activities across subsystems and teams.
- Plan resources and schedules to meet project requirements.
- Prepare maintain and operate test environments and test rigs.
- Manage hardware models electrical layouts and harness assemblies.
- Ensure proper configuration management for all test equipment and software.
- Support troubleshooting of hardware/software issues during testing.
- Monitor test progress document results and report on milestone achievements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AIV methods tools and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Who are we looking for
Someone with hands-on AIV or AIT experience who has worked directly on spacecraft or satellite systems and can confidently support integration and testing activities.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace Mechanical Electrical or Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in AIV or spacecraft integration and verification roles. Space project experience is mandatory.
- Experience preparing and executing test campaigns for complex systems.
- Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems and interfaces.
- Familiarity with electrical harnesses hardware assembly and test rigs.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with configuration management and test reporting.
