Job Summary

Join the team behind one of the Lake Districts most exciting culinary destinations. SOURCE at the Gilpin led by Executive Head Chef Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of The Fat Duck) offers a Michelin-starred 4 AA Rosette experience rooted in exquisite produce bold flavours and precise execution. Were looking for a Bartender who shares our passion for friendly exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.

 

Your Role as Bartender:

  • Crafts exceptional cocktails mocktails and classic drinks with flair.
  • Provides warm attentive service to exceed guests expectations.
  • Shares knowledge of wines spirits and local ingredients.
  • Keeps the bar stocked clean and running smoothly.
  • Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
  • Contributes to a culture of excellence learning and genuine care.
  • Uphold the highest standards of etiquette presentation and professionalism.

Qualifications :

What You Bring:

  • Previous bartending experience in a fine dining setting.
  • Deep understanding of a variety of beverages including mixology.
  • A calm charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A desire to grow within a forward-thinking modern restaurant built around using local produce with a twist.

Additional Information :

Salary: from 28665 to 31005

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 240 to 550 per month.
