Job Summary
Arηs Group Part of Accenture is looking for a Configuration Support Specialist to empower Stakeholders through Technical Expertise and Training for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configuring Reusable Solution Platforms (RSPs) by leveraging established solutions and integrating them into the ECMP environment.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for stakeholders utilizing ECMP.
- Creating learning paths and educational materials; organizing and facilitating demonstrations and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing support to stakeholders in their use of ECMP and redirecting inquiries to specialized RSP teams as appropriate.
Qualifications :
Your Profile
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a strong interest in technical platforms and their operation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both business and technical colleagues.
- Proven aptitude for creating clear documentation and delivering engaging training sessions.
Technical Skills
- A solid technical understanding is required especially regarding configuration tasks (note: this is not a development role).
- Familiarity with JSON and GIT as well as the use of DevSecOps tools for deployment and troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities to address and resolve technical issues.
