Your Role:
As an OT in our team youll make a meaningful difference through:
- Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest
- Conducting clinical assessments across emotional psychological cognitive developmental and physical functions
- Developing individualised evidence-based therapy goals and interventions
- Providing environmental modification advice for homes schools workplaces and residential settings
- Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence
- Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
- Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
- A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
