Who Are We Looking For
As Lead Contract Administrator you provideoversight during the construction phase ensuring the successful delivery of projects from design intent through completion. Working collaboratively with the Project Manager and project team you align on-site execution with studio standards clientobjectives and contractual requirements. You engage early and throughout the project lifecycle contributing to reviews that enhance constructability quality and efficiency. You navigate complex project dynamics with a proactive and solution-oriented approach maintaining clear communication between the site and studio to uphold project integrity and exceed client expectations.Thispostingis for an existing vacancy.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the project team during the contract administration phase providing direction and guidance to ensure deliverables areaccurate complete and aligned with design intent and project requirements.
- Oversee submittal reviews RFI (Request for Information) and change management payment certification project closeout and active participation in OAC (Owner Architect Contractor) meetings.
- Conduct site visits to perform limited general reviews deficiency walkthroughs and occupancy reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the contract administration phase for clients contractors consultants and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager toestablisha comprehensiveworkplanmonitorand manage project financials during the construction phase.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment offeringguidance and constructive feedback to yourteam ensuringthey are well-equipped with the resources and direction needed to successfully meet project deliverables.
What You Will Bring:
- Diploma/Bachelors/Mastersdegree from an accredited institution in Architecture.
- 8 years of experience in managing projects frominceptionto completionwith afocus onthe contract administration phase.
- Proficiency in Revit Bluebeam and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability towork ina hybrid role with 3 days in ourstudio.
What We Will Provide:
The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is$115000 to $125000. Final compensation isdeterminedbased on experience skills and internal equity.
