German-Speaking Client Care Advisor

Your responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking clients via phone email and chat
- Handle client enquiries resolve issues follow up as needed and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely case updates
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations technical support training) to resolve complex scenarios
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) meet quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement
- Provide feedback on client trends emerging issues and enhancement opportunities
- Work in a fast-paced international environment with a customer-centric mindset
What were looking for

Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2)

Excellent communication skills: clear empathetic confident
- Experience in client care customer support or a service role preferably multilingual or international
- Comfortable handling multiple channels (phone email chat) and multitasking effectively

Organised detail-oriented and able to adapt in a dynamic environment

Team-player attitude open to learning and continuous improvement

EU citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
