German-Speaking Commercial Support Specialist

What youll be doing
- Manage full lifecycle order processing for the Austrian market: from market-to-order and order-to-invoice through to customer care
- Handle customer communication (email & phone) in German: addressing complaint management discrepancies and order status
- Coordinate internally with Sales Finance Supply Chain and Service Technicians to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer data and update key systems (ERP/CRM) such as SAP or Salesforce
- Support quotation requests product/service information queries invoice checks and credit/debit note coordination
- Monitor open orders backlogs and delivery timelines for the Austrian customer base
- Prepare reports document commercial activities and assist in administrative tasks for the commercial operations team
What were looking for
- Fluent German at C1 level (clear understanding of Austrian dialect and business style)
- Experience in order management customer service purchasing or logistics ideally with exposure to more than one commercial area
- Proficiency with commercial tools like SAP Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Comfortable handling customer issues resolving complaints and working under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail multi-tasking ability and strong communication skills
