About the Role:
As a B2B Digital Sales Specialist youll be the key point of contact for business clients helping them discover and adopt digital solutions that support their goals. With a consultative approach strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset youll guide companies through the sales journey from first conversation to long-term partnership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic outreach understanding client needs and closing deals in a modern tech-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with B2B clients via phone email video calls and digital channels to understand their needs and present tailored solutions

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects qualifying leads and driving opportunities through the sales funnel

  • Deliver clear persuasive product presentations and demos focused on client value and ROI

  • Support clients during onboarding ensuring a smooth adoption of services and strong early performance

  • Maintain accurate CRM records tracking activity next steps and outcomes

  • Meet or exceed sales targets conversion goals and performance KPIs consistently

  • Stay up to date on product updates market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your sales strategy

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing onboarding account management) to align outreach and maximize client success

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)

  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian residency card

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales digital sales or a commercial customer-facing role

  • Skills: Strong negotiation relationship-building and communication abilities with confidence using CRM tools

  • Mindset: Goal-oriented professional proactive and motivated to learn improve and grow in a fast-paced digital sales environment
