Support clients during onboarding ensuring a smooth adoption of services and strong early performance

Maintain accurate CRM records tracking activity next steps and outcomes

Meet or exceed sales targets conversion goals and performance KPIs consistently

Stay up to date on product updates market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your sales strategy

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing onboarding account management) to align outreach and maximize client success
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)

Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian residency card

Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales digital sales or a commercial customer-facing role

Skills: Strong negotiation relationship-building and communication abilities with confidence using CRM tools
