Job Summary
A respected community-focused insurance agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Lines team. This role supports new business renewals and daily client service while ensuring accurate policy management. If you are organized client-focused and experienced in insurance we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
New Business Support
-
Manage incoming commercial insurance leads

Gather underwriting info and required documents
-
Prepare applications proposals and quote requests
Client Service
-
Respond to client calls and emails
-
Process endorsements and policy changes
-
Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
-
Assist with billing questions and basic claims support
Renewal Support
-
Collect renewal documents
-
Update applications for remarketing
-
Schedule renewal review meetings
Administrative
-
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
-
Ensure documents meet compliance standards
What You Need
-
12 years of insurance experience (Commercial Lines preferred)
-
Active 4-40 or 2-20 license (or willing to obtain)
-
Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Experience with COIs endorsements and carrier communication
-
Familiarity with systems like Nexsure (or similar)
Nice to Have
-
Commercial Lines experience
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Knowledge of GL WC BOP Property Auto and Umbrella.
