- Provide technical expertise and support project proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (accredited program)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in site civil engineering
- Proven project management and business development skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
