About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the main contact for customers delivering outstanding assistance with empathy professionalism and clear communication. Your patience people skills and problem-solving approach will ensure each customer receives efficient reliable and positive support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customers through phone email and chat answering questions resolving concerns and providing high-quality service
Share accurate and trustworthy information about products and services
Assist with account changes basic technical troubleshooting and customer requests in a timely manner
Maintain thorough well-organized records of all customer interactions to ensure consistent service standards
Stay informed about company policies product updates and internal guidelines to give dependable support
Work closely with teammates exchange knowledge and suggest improvements to strengthen processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Turkish residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
