Log interactions in CRM tools follow workflows and track status of cases.

Collaborate with engineering/field teams when escalation is needed.
Your Profile

Fluent German (C1) confident natural communication.

Logical problem-solving mindset with ability to work step-by-step.

Positive customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus (but not mandatory).

EU passport or EU work permit / eligible to work in Poland.

Based in or willing to relocate to Katowice Poland for on-site work.
