We are hiring German-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join an international service centre in Gdańsk Poland. In this role you will support German-market customers solve problems with empathy and ensure a smooth post-service experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone and email enquiries from German-speaking customers.
- Support clients with post-booking questions complaints service updates and general assistance.
- Deliver accurate clear and empathetic responses while following internal guidelines.
- Log all case information in the system with full accuracy and attention to detail.
- Escalate complex cases when needed and collaborate with team members.
- Maintain strong performance on quality communication and customer satisfaction metrics.
Your Profile

Fluent German (C1) strong English (B2).
- Experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage but not strictly required.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable multitasking and working with various internal systems.
- Flexible to work full-time or part-time including up to two weekends per month.

EU citizenship or valid EU work permit (role based in Poland).
