We are looking for Dutch-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations &
International Support while working in a diverse multicultural environment in Lisbon.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: Dutch-Speaking
Your Main Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Service Operations team you will:
- Respond to customer requests via email chat contact forms and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries refunds or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products collect feedback and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Whats Offered
- Salary: Up to 1500 performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
- Relocation Support (exceptional for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option:
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
Rent: 280/month all utilities included (deducted from payslip)
Working Conditions
- 40 hours/week 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday you receive a compensation day
