Job Description
- Responsible for verifying materials before mass production and confirming the first article/sample product.
- Check and verify production work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform in-process inspections during production to ensure quality consistency.
- Complete documentation related to first article inspection reports.
- Fill out and maintain inspection records for routine patrol inspections.
- Conduct statistical analysis of quality incidents and provide relevant reports.
- Follow up on quality issues confirm corrective actions and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quality Management Mechanical Engineering Electronics or related fields.
- 1-3 years of work experience in IQC production quality or related quality inspection roles.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection procedures sampling methods and defect classification.
- Ability to read technical drawings work instructions and quality documents.
- Responsible and able to handle multiple tasks under supervision.
Salary Range: RM2500-RM3500
