About the Role:

As a Travel Customer Support Specialist youll be the first person customers reach out to when they need help before during or after their trip. Using digital channels youll assist with everything from booking questions to itinerary updates cancellations refunds and travel-related concernsmaking sure every traveler feels supported at each step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via chat email and other digital platforms with travel-related questions

  • Help with bookings for flights accommodation car rentals or activities including changes and cancellations

  • Provide guidance on itineraries travel requirements baggage policies and refund procedures

  • Support account-related requests such as profile updates payment issues or loyalty program inquiries

  • Identify complex or urgent cases (e.g. disruptions missed connections) and escalate them through the proper channels

  • Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent efficient support

  • Meet performance quality and response-time targets on a regular basis

  • Stay up to date on travel policies destination updates tools and service improvements to better assist customers

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
