Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers and partners positioning solutions in the cloud domain (Modern Workplace Data & BI Apps & Infra Business Applications)
- Secure new customer wins and maximise up-sell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and partner teams
- Present value-driven Microsoft-cloud propositions aligned to customer business objectives
- Perform technical overviews feasibility assessments and pricing calculations to ensure accurate service offerings
- Act as the technical lead for the telesales team conducting group and one-on-one trainings across the center
- Keep up-to-date with cloud innovations competitive offerings and industry shifts to accelerate customer success
- Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline
