What youll be doing
- Investigate and verify suspicious activity using internal systems and structured processes
- Review customer documentation assess potential fraud and resolve high-risk cases
- Track pending cases follow up on missing documentation and ensure things stay on schedule
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal protocols & SLAs

Communicate clearly and professionally in sensitive or escalated cases

Leverage fraud-indicators and marketplace knowledge to reduce risk

Proactively identify workflow improvements and share insights
What were looking for
-
Fluent German (C1) and strong English
- At least 6 months experience in fraud prevention/back-office support or a similar role in a digital marketplace

Proven track record of meeting (or exceeding) performance KPIs

Excellent interpersonal skills adaptability and active listening
- Technical comfort with OSs (iOS Android Windows) and ability to navigate tools like CRMs fraud-detection & shipment-tracking systems
- Detail-oriented autonomous resilient under pressure with strong decision-making and root-cause-analysis capabilities

EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is essential
