Job Summary

At NN we aspire to keep clients with us for the long run. This means that we actively run initiatives to increase customers loyalty we offer them specific journeys tailored to their needs and we try to incentivize brokers and agents to also focus on retention not only on acquiring new customers. We do this as a small central workstream with dedicated retention champions in every country.

What you are going to do

  • Analyze and map out the current remuneration schemes across the countries in close collaboration with the local colleagues

  • Suggest improvements on how to boost customer retention through realistic remuneration components in close collaboration with the central customer retention workstream

  • Explore additional creative ways to incentivize our distribution channels to focus on customer loyalty

  • Bring best practice sharing on retention to the next level by proposing and implementing improvement opportunities on the process

Who you are

  • You have an analytical mindset you are good at crunching and interpreting numbers

  • You love working with people from different backgrounds and different countries (you wont actually need to travel there but you will need an open mindset)

  • You like to get to the bottom of a certain process youll do what it takes to get the full picture

  • You combine problem solving skills with some creativity

Who you will work with

You will mainly work with the central Customer Retention Workstream (Anna Frojimovics and Karolien Berger) and with the dedicated Retention Champions in each country of NN International.
