Job Description:

Supports risk management reporting systems tools and processes used in portfolio health monitoring activities and reporting accuracy while adhering to internal and external financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Additionally it collects analyzes and reports data from the Customer Service and Collections departments to help the area make informed decisions.

What you will do:

  • Knowledge and development of key reports to manage measure and monitor global risk exposures with adherence to reporting requirements policies and controls.

  • Reports trends and research significant changes with data/portfolio owners to validate and explain global risk concerns. Clearly communicate findings with supervisors to help identify and track global risks.

  • Manage the processes and procedures supporting the accuracy and timely communication of the portfolio health results. Suggest ideas for process improvements to support accuracy and efficiency.

  • Analyze business requirements and analytical needs providing metrics insights and reports for an appropriate decision-making process.

  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions and identify areas of improvement.

  • Use the Companys systems to create and maintain interactive reports focusing on Customer Service and Collection metrics.

  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from the Company systems.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical awareness of potential bottlenecks and disruptions to the schedule. Breaks tasks into manageable steps that can be incorporated into a personal work plan.

Business Performance Management: Knowledge of technologies techniques and practices for the use of business intelligence; ability to monitor and adjust business processes (internal and cross-organizational) in near real-time. Cites examples of measurements of business performance. Identifies organizations strengths and weaknesses.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance. Makes a systematic comparison of two or more alternative solutions.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors omissions and oversights. Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking outputs.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering Business Administration Control Management Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst Data Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI with the ability to quickly learn new analytical tools and techniques.

  • Intermediate level of English.

Top candidates will also have:

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to manage queries generate reports create presentations and work with data visualization tools.

  • English Advanced

Additional Information:

  • This position is temporary with an approximate duration of 8 months.
