- Plan and deliver bespoke programmes that target pupils specific learning or social-emotional needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions using data to drive decisions.
- Work with staff and families to implement personalised support and to coordinate external referrals.
- Support transitions conduct reviews and maintain accurate compliant records.
- Provide practical guidance to colleagues to improve classroom access and outcomes.
Person specification
- Qualified teacher with experience in SEND teaching or coordination and a record of measurable impact.
- Well-versed in a range of intervention approaches and in working with multi-agency teams.
- Calm reflective and collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills suited to Lewisham communities.
- Able to take up post in January 2026 and to be based in Lewisham.
