This well-established Liverpool academy is seeking a highly organized Site Manager to be the operational lead for the campus. The role involves managing the daily operations of the building ensuring the site is secure and well-maintained and providing crucial support to the teaching and learning environment.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Operational Organiser: Overseeing daily premises schedules stock control and managing utility consumption to ensure cost efficiency.
- Safety Officer: Ensuring adherence to all legislative requirements including fire safety asbestos management and operational regulations.
- Team Supervisor: Leading and motivating the site team managing performance and coordinating staff rotas.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Significant experience in premises management strong knowledge of building systems and excellent organizational skills.
- Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from 35000 - 42000 per annum).
