We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of Business & Economics to join an 1118 Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Watford from January 2026. This is a permanent role open to full-time and part-time applicants with a potential TLR for KS5 or curriculum leadership for the right candidate.

As our Business & Economics Teacher you will:

• Teach GCSE Business and A-Level Business and/or Economics.
• Plan engaging lessons that connect theory to real-world case studies.
• Support students in developing strong analytical numerical and essay-writing skills.
• Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations.
• Contribute to enrichment such as enterprise clubs competitions and trips.
• (If applicable) Lead on KS5 planning schemes of work or assessment.

• Hold QTS with experience in Business and/or Economics.
• Have excellent subject knowledge and up-to-date awareness of business and economic issues.
• Are organised reflective and committed to high standards.
• Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with students and colleagues.

• Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
