Your roles mission:
As a Business Development Representative your mission is to help accelerate Pelicos commercial growth by generating and qualifying high-value opportunities within our most strategic target accounts.
You will contribute directly to the early stages of the sales cycle through advanced prospecting stakeholder engagement and rigorous qualification. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to build a strong healthy pipeline and support strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Run targeted outbound prospecting campaigns across Hitlist and Dream Logos accounts
- Conduct deep account research to personalize outreach and map relevant stakeholders
- Identify and engage key contacts (Team Leads Managers Directors occasional VPs)
- Lead the early qualification steps: discovery calls need assessments qualification notes
- Build multi-threaded outreach paths and validate potential champions
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account plans and engagement strategies
- Ensure pipeline hygiene through rigorous follow-up and CRM (HubSpot) documentation
- Support marketing-led initiatives (events content campaigns) with relevant outreach
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute insights to improve team processes and playbooks
Location : You will be based in Paris with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What Were Looking For :
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales business development or SDR roles (SaaS or industrial sectors are a plus)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (email calls LinkedIn)
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot required; Salesforce is a plus)
- Ability to run structured qualification conversations and capture business needs
- Strong communication and writing skills especially for personalized outreach
- Excellent research and organization skills
- Curiosity resilience and a growth mindset
- Ability to collaborate closely with Account Executives in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in industrial operations or SaaS solutions
