General Procurement Manager
Dusseldorf Germany
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the industry insights and resources of the categories identify opportunities and risks and get involved in categories whose business model changes early.
- Align with the HQ industry management department to understand the latest requirements for categories and supplier resource sharing properly utilize supplier resources and quickly respond to requirements.
- Participate in key projects from rep offices guide key project strategy development and target achievement manage project risks and coordinate and allocate key resources in project operations.
- Pre-review PMC topic materials convene PMC meetings and organize and take minutes to monitor and improve the operation quality of PMCs and JRTs in each country.
- Internal control management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in procurement or strategic sourcing ideally with the General procurement sector.
- Understand business knowledge and processes of related domains such as procurement MKT related.
- Good cross-function coordination competence and negotiation skills with customers.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel PowerPoint.
- Fluent English mandatory. German or Chinese are preferred.
