With rapid expansion plans throughout Southeast Asia Entoria is looking for an assistant Business Development Manager to join our growing Business Development Team. Based in Bangkok Thailand this role is an exciting opportunity for you to make high-impact contributions to the business of an established renewable energy company.
Overview
Reporting to the Headquarters in Singapore you will be responsible for business development activities across Thailand and from time to time involved in supporting activities in other countries in the Southeast Asia region. You will be mentored by a senior member of the local team in Thailand. This role is a full-time position.

Location: Bangkok Thailand
Note: Only applicants who fulfil legal requirements to work in the Thailand will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments and prepare system layouts using PVsyst AutoCAD and related tools.
- Perform system sizing energy yield simulations and technical feasibility studies.
- Support proposal preparation with accurate BOQs and EPC cost estimation.
- Review and optimize technical designs for performance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers EPC partners and BD team to ensure technical alignment.
- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning stages.
- Provide customer service to clients as required**
**Entoria aims to foster a lean and agile organization through collaborative practices. Team members may from time-to-time be involved in supporting workstreams outside of their usual scope of work.
Job requirements
Profile
- University Graduate with degree in Electrical Mechanical or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in solar PV system design.
- Knowledge of the business landscape and culture in Thailand Proficient in PVsyst AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Thai grid connection regulations and DPPA process is a plus.
- Detail-oriented proactive and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Confident communicator in English and Thai
- Ability to deliver under pressure while supporting peers in a collaborative environment
- Willingness to learn about the solar and renewable energy industry
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country
