Job Summary

Role: Coupa Consultant

Exp: 5 yrs and above

Location: Germany

Work mode: Remote

Tasks

Provide expert guidance on Coupa implementation configuration and optimization to align with client business objectives.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing procurement processes and recommend best practices for enhanced efficiency using the Coupa platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT finance and procurement to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Coupa solutions.
Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate effective adoption and utilization of Coupa by end-users.
Monitor system performance post-implementation and offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as needed.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience working with Coupa as a consultant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Coupa solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
