WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING

Scalable web and app applications for payments and settlement
APIs for payment processing KYC/AML and partner integrations
Integrations with banks payment gateways and compliance services
Internal tools for operations reconciliation and reporting
Secure reliable systems that meet compliance and data privacy standards

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to missioncritical systems that power real businesses
Collaborate with senior engineers product managers and ops teams
Take initiative in learning new technologies and improving existing systems
Participate in code reviews and help raise the bar on quality
Be part of a startup team where process ownership and collaboration matter

OUR REQUIREDEXPERTISE

TechnicalExpertise:

25 years of full stack engineering experience (fintech/payments a plus)
Backend development in TypeScript(Python/Java a bonus)
Frontend skills in
Relational NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB)
API development (REST GraphQL)
Git CI/CD pipelines Docker
Basic understanding of security encryption and compliance

NicetoHave:

Exposure to African payments (mobile money local APIs)
Interest in blockchain Web3 APIs or SDKs
Experience with FX liquidity or remittance platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)
