Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst (BA) at Nexivo Consulting you will work closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of client projects ensuring the delivery of solutions that align with business objectives. Your insights will help identify process improvements and opportunities for business growth while ensuring that projects meet both client expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements goals and challenges.
Analyze and document business processes requirements and workflows.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Support the development and implementation of technology and process solutions.
Conduct data analysis and report findings to stakeholders to aid decision-making.
Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions to gather requirements and present solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers developers and designers to ensure project success.
Assist in creating project plans timelines and deliverables to keep projects on track.
Conduct testing and validation to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Continuously monitor business processes and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation and help resolve any issues.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business process modeling data analysis and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite Jira Confluence and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have:

Experience in consulting or working with clients on technology-driven projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Business process re engineering experience.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA) is a plus.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a bonus.
