Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (FMLA Coverage Georgia)
Full-Time FebruaryMay 20 2026 Elementary Grades 34
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a full-time maternity leave assignment within a supportive elementary school setting. This role begins in February and continues through the end of the school year serving students in 3rd and 4th grade.
In this capacity youll oversee a caseload of up to 55 students providing engaging direct therapy consultative services and consistent progress tracking in alignment with each learners IEP. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations managing timely documentation and working collaboratively with families teachers and school staff to reinforce communication goals across daily academic activities. This position is an excellent fit for an SLP who excels in a collaborative environment and takes pride in helping young learners develop clear confident communication skills.

Requirements
Hold a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders along with a valid Georgia Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement. While possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
