THIS IS AN EXEMPT POSITION!

Note the hourly rate is for posting purposes only (this traveler will not be paid hourly)
As an Exempt Traveler there are no premiums/multipliers in place for this need (no OT Holiday Call/Call-back etc).
$5000/week ($1000/day125/hr equivalent)

Client will not consider any candidate who resides within 50 miles of facility

Responsible for directing the operation of the hospital on evenings nights and weekends.

This direction includes responsibility not only for the inpatient units but for all ancillary and support departments that operate during these hours.

Recognized as a role model for clinical expertise; documented ability to make prompt quality decisions in the clinical setting.
Demonstrates sufficient energy to participate in and support staff through change.
Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of fairness and consistency in application of policies and contractual requirements.
Ability to calmly manage a variety of intense activities or problems simultaneously.
History of dependability in maintaining a work schedule and demonstration of work ethic required to motivate others.

Requirement description :

Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience required
Experience in successful conflict resolution required
Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or higher Required
Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
Must be an RN
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
