Job Summary
This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital - a Sheppard Pratt Partner. This role will be based at Anna Jaques Hospital in Amesbury MA. Backed by Sheppard Pratt - the nations largest private nonprofit behavioral health provider - Sheppard Pratt Solutions partners with community hospitals to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare bringing essential services closer to those in need.
What to expect.
Under the supervision of the nurse manager you will provide patient-centered care in a supportive collaborative environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Delivering empathetic care by maintaining calm courteous and thoughtful interactions with patients and families.
- Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while adhering to confidentiality policies.
- Maintaining an organized safe and therapeutic treatment space.
- Contributing to evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Accurately documenting patient care activities including treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with children and adolescent assessment.
- Preferred:
- An advanced degree in a human services field.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient setting.
