Key Responsibilities:

Build accurate reliable and competitive estimates for Traffic Control and Pavement Marking.
Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to identify prioritize and balance tasks and activities to ensure estimates are completed and delivered on time.
Organize and clearly communicate information between clients and field personnel.
Resolve issues in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the pavement marking or traffic control industry a plus but not necessary.
An understanding of trades/construction projects pertaining to reading plans material labor equipment time requirements and contracts.
Thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
Time management skills to work independently or collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills to convey information between clients and field personnel.
Customer and contractor facing to provide advice and expertise regarding projects.
Travel required as necessary in Wisconsin.
High school diploma or GED.
