Job Summary

InfraHire is looking for a Estimator in Blythewood SC.

Job Description:

The Estimator will develop accurate project pricing by reviewing plans specifications and supporting documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quantity takeoffs assembling bid proposals coordinating with project teams gathering material and labor pricing and working closely with subcontractors and vendors. This role is essential to delivering competitive bids controlling costs and helping keep projects within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

Strong experience with construction estimating quantity takeoffs and cost/budget tracking
Ability to interpret project plans engineering drawings and specifications
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams subcontractors and suppliers
Solid understanding of construction methods materials labor pricing and industry standards
Proficiency with estimating software/tools and strong computer skills
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a construction estimating role strongly preferred
