Shift: Part Time 2:30p-11p & 10:30p7a Full Time 10:30p-7a
Pay: $41$43/hour shift differential

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care and monitor resident health
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families
- Promote a safe respectful and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Detail-oriented adaptable and team-focused
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
