Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager F&A - Market maturity framework / Transformational Journey
We are looking for Cash Application Analyst responsible for posting payments from the lockbox ACH and wire transfer to customer accounts. This role includes cash application and reconciling payments communicating cash adjustments and reducing un-applied cash receipts on aged accounts receivable.
Responsibilities

Lead the entire EML (Evolving / Maturing / Leading) framework across all markets and towers (PTP / OTC / RTR) (Market maturity framework / Transformational Journey)
Manage the monthly reporting and strict discipline around the assessments capturing all relevant details status and updates across all towers and market(s)
Serve as the single point of accountability and contact for all EML-related status updates productivity standing market maturity and maintain a tight grip on the overall contractual obligations for the client as well as Genpact
Work very closely with the Genpact Operations (SDLs and TLs) along with the GPOs to ensure there is a complete buy-in and alignment on the status standing strategy and approach in terms of addressing the open ticket action items
Work closely with the client organization GPOs and the overall program manager to ensure there is no misalignment in the deliverables timelines contractual obligations status and market maturity / tier graduation etc.
Lead all EML related discussions Internally as well as externally making sure the leadership is advised about and suggested with deep contractual implications and impact
Be extremely proactive in informing the internal as well as external stakeholders about any amends / changes in the status of the assessments along with their consequences.
Drive rigor discipline and end to end ownership of the EML program
Oversee monthly assessment cycles for all markets and towers engage the Ops teams and GPOs as necessary and drive - on time submission of all assessments
Act as a SME for all EML related queries Internal and External Operational and Contractual
Work closely with teams such as compliance finance billing and Ops etc. to drive alignment on the productivity status
Coach and mentor the FLMs / SDLs / Leadership on the framework guidelines obligations consequences impact timelines proposals for unusual situations and circumstances
Manage strategic escalations complex disputes and be the SPOC for all EML related client level negotiations
Ensure audit readiness and always maintain a clear trail of approvals and evidence for all assessments along with collateral details
Work closely with the client partner and leadership management to manage activities such as revenue assurance etc.
Champion a culture of operational excellence customer-centricity program management excellence and deep rigor
Forecasting planning and budgeting for upcoming productivity impact working closely with the internal Ops teams to embed the same into the Operating plan(s)
Provide periodic reporting and insights to senior leadership teams Internal and External around the overall status roadblocks impact and red flags etc.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration OR Program management
Proven track record of leading multi-functional projects / programs with multiple stakeholders and clients
Strong expertise in stakeholder management client handling and ongoing project delivery
Demonstrated experience in cross-functional and multi-tower operations leading by example and getting all stakeholders on the same page constantly driving concurrence
Proficiency in understanding contracts and embedded solutions
Excel reporting analytical mind set and ability to work under pressure
Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage escalations and complex operational challenges
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills for senior leadership clients and internal teams
Experience in driving process improvement automation initiatives and standardization projects across the towers along with the CI teams and GPOs
Ability to coach mentor and develop FLMs and senior team members
Exposure to project management change management and global/regional initiatives
Ability to foster a culture of operational excellence customer-centricity compliance and continuous improvement
